305 North Avenue - Petition to Historic Status
At the January LCA General Meeting, the Lutherville Historic Advisory Committee asked neighbors to write a letter to our councilman, T. Bryan McIntire, to support putting 305 North Avenue on the Final Landmarks List.

We need as many letters as possible to go to the Councilman in order to
ensure that this house be preserved and demolished. There is a potential to
have 3 houses built on that lot if the house is not put on the list.
