College Manor's Zoning Request from DR2 to DR16
On August 26 the County Council voted on the proposal of College Manor to be rezoned from DR2 to DR16. The change in zoning was denied.

305 North Avenue - Petition to Historic Status
At the January LCA General Meeting, the Lutherville Historic Advisory Committee asked neighbors to write a letter to our councilman, T. Bryan McIntire, to support putting 305 North Avenue on the Final Landmarks List.
The house was put on the list.
