DIRECTOR AT LARGE: George Weems – 1443 Bellona Ave. (Incumbent)
George has lived in Lutherville for 43 years. He is currently retired from the MTA. He has been an active member of the Edgewood United Methodist Church for the past 34 years.

DIRECTOR AT LARGE: Tim Mullin – 1611 Francke Avenue
The two directors at Large shall be responsible for recording attendance and related functions at LCA meetings and encouraging members to attend and participate in LCA functions.

HISTORY: Ralph Welsh – 1718 Kurtz Ave. (Incumbent)
Ralph is our current historian and has done a wonderful job in the past 2 years putting on the special lecture series. He has lived here 30 years. Enjoying acting, he has participated in Cockpit in Court Summer Theaters as a member and board chair.
The History Committee is responsible for all LCA archives and activities of a historical nature within the boundaries of LCA.

HOSPITALITY: Mary Lou Arthur – 1419 Francke Ave. (Incumbent)
Mary Lou is our current Hospitality Chair. She has done a wonderful job. Mary Lou has lived in Lutherville for 46 years. She is a retired teacher and has volunteered at Stella Maris. Also she is a Eucharistic Minister at Immaculate Conception.
The committee is responsible for welcoming new residents to the community, informing them of LCA membership eligibility and furnishing refreshments at LCA meetings.

MEMBERSHIP: Jan Spigler – 609 Goucher Avenue
The Membership Committee shall be responsible for all membership solicitation and maintain a record of current members. It requires two mailings a year.

NEWSLETTER: Mildred Martinez Flickinger – 600 Morris Avenue
The Committee shall be the editor of the LCA newsletter and responsible for advertising, editing and publishing the newsletter.

PUBLIC FACILITIES: Ernie Shea – 208 Melanchton Ave.
Ernie has lived in Lutherville for 19 years. He is a Conservation Consultant and has served has a Trustee on the National Arbor Day Foundation. A member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church he was President of the Council from 2000-2001. He likes to garden, golf and run in various races.
Committee is responsible for all matters concerning open space, streams, parks, playgrounds and walkways within the boundaries of the community.

SECURITY: Marie Frederick – 223 Morris Avenue
The Security Committee shall be responsible for all matters related to safety, security and crime prevention within the boundaries of the LCA.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Aimee Yardley – 2 Barts Court
The Committee is responsible for all seasonal and special events of the LCA and oversees all fundraising efforts of the LCA.

TRAFFIC: Steve Knott – 1711 Kurtz Avenue
The Traffic Committee shall be responsible for all matters concerning pedestrian and vehicular traffic within the boundaries of the community.

ZONING: (Vacant)
The Committee is responsible for all matters regarding zoning or development within the boundaries of the LCA. Also responsible for implementation of the Lutherville Master Plan and for proposing changes thereto.
