206 West Seminary Ave.
This is a fine example of a Late Georgian Revival House,  built about 1910. It's 3 stories and includes a hipped roof, hipped roof dormers with their four over four sash, the shingled siding, and somewhat low symmetrical, solid proportions emphasized by the wide cornice band under the eaves and at the heads of the second floor windows, and the low front porch supported on simple square, bracketed columns.

Total symmetry is broken by the western one story addition under the extended porch of a solarium, at the east with a  one story bay window, and by the off center front door between the two bays of the front façade windows.

Inside the house are both a front and back stairways, the front can be seen by the bow in the side of the house ( see photo at left.)

The current residents selected this house because of a piece of furniture standing 97 inches, over 8 feet, and this house has 9 foot ceilings.
